Our office is located at Mariánske námestie 4 in central Žilina, a short walk from the main railway station and accessible by car with parking available nearby. Consultations take place by appointment only — we do not accommodate walk-in visits, as this allows us to prepare properly for every client meeting. If you are travelling from outside Žilina, we are also available for secure video consultations via a platform of your choice. Written enquiries sent to our email address receive a personal response from the relevant partner within one business day. We do not use automated email triage or chatbot responses.

What to expect after you reach out
Following your initial enquiry, you will receive a brief confirmation from our office within one business day. We will propose two or three available appointment slots for an introductory call or meeting, lasting approximately forty-five minutes. There is no fee for this first conversation and no obligation to proceed further. If after the introductory session both parties wish to explore a formal mandate, we will provide a detailed engagement letter setting out scope, timescale, and fee structure in writing before any work commences. Confidentiality is protected at every stage by both Slovak professional secrecy law and our own client data protocol.
